‘Concentrate’ is made by removing up to 80% of the water, adding enzymes to preserve the juice, and then adding the water back in before it is bottled and sold. Extra flavours are also added to make up for the ones that were lost in the process.
All of our drinks are ‘not from concentrate’ – made simply by pressing the fruit and gently pasteurising it so that you can enjoy our juice all year round – that’s it, letting the juice’s natural flavour shine through.
